This chapter concerns the plurilateral agreement on civil aircraft, the second of two plurilateral agreements in force. This plurilateral agreement only binds the subset of the total WTO membership that have agreed to it. This chapter reviews the dual disciplines faced by WTO members: they must ensure that they eliminate all duties on products covered, and they must further ensure the respect of the disciplines included in the SCM Agreement.
